Liability insurance is a compulsory form of insurance for those at risk of being sued by third parties for negligence. The policy offers to indemnify you against legal liability to pay compensation including the claimant's costs, fees and expenses as a result of bodily injury or property damage to third parties arising out of accidents occurring in your premises during the currency of the policy.

The indemnity shall apply only to those claims which arise out of accidents occurring during the period of insurance and have been first made on the Insured within the policy period.
